As the UX/UI designer for Forya.AI, my mission was to refine and elevate existing wireframes into a more intuitive, attractive platform and to develop an interface and design system better aligned with the brand's ethos. The client's initial concerns were that their existing website did not feel "real" or "professional" and would turn away prospective users before the business had the chance to fully launch.
In collaboration with the clients, I crafted an elemental identity system for Forya.AI before constructing and refreshing their wireframes. Given their budget constraints and preference for Google typefaces, I focused on developing a concise system. This included a logotype, 2 typefaces and a color palette to establish a cohesive visual identity.
While I didn't expand the system further, the priority was to ensure a solid UI foundation aligned with their brand's ethos. Once this was complete, I moved onto redesigning and refreshing the existing wireframes
I worked to reimagine and refine the above, pre-existing wireframes and user-flows into intuitive designs, seamlessly incorporating the AI tools into the back-end desktop experience, and better telling the brand's story on the front-facing pages. Prioritizing accessibility and gathering continuous user feedback from my clients, I ensured a smooth content creation experience for their users.
Once the UI was approved by the clients, I began prototyping and creating a design the clients could interact with. Continuously gathering feedback from client, and users, I made edits to the user flows and interface as deemed necessary before landing on the final result.
Ultimately, I created an improved, intuitive user portal for Forya.AI, as well as a new front facing web interface made to attract new users, and to tell the brand's story. The platform's thoughtful design and innovative features will enable church leaders to create compelling digital content with ease, ultimately enhancing their outreach, growth and engagement within their communities - in turn, allowing Forya.AI to flourish.
